Project for the Young Ones
Toby Miller makes an excellent suggestion for a post. Why don't the young-ish participants on this blog relay the myths they have heard about the group's origins. Sort of an inter-generational game of telephone.
I attempted to do something similar, expecting people to correct my obviously extreme version of events, but it never happened (perhaps because people like Dave Allen and Melanie Daglian and Dirck Fuller haven't weighed in yet). At any rate, if you were around for the 1995 reunion (Rich and Felipe were the youngest), you definitely aren't allowed to participate. Current members are ideal.

Since revised by me below - -the time of postings is weird since it says I did it in the morning though I just posted now at 1:22 pm -- did a few things in between which accounts for the lag.
...me being Toby, as I didn't realize that I wasn't logged in ... more weirdness (which is actually a better tagline for the Sphinx, come to think of it).
My goodness -- we original Combo Za-ers are completely accessible and not off the radar at all! We can tell you exactly how the group came together, about our first shows, how the name came to be, of Dave Wehner's genius ... someone, somewhere wrote a history which I've never seen and would love to ... We're all totally accessible through the Eph Alumni directory ... email or call any time!
